STS was established in 1986 by Neil Rush, an Environmental Health Officer with 20 years local government experience. Neil set up STS when the kitchens of two flagship hospitals in London were closed by their EHO when hospitals lost their Crown Immunity – Neil assisted the hospitals to improve and re-open.
STS have established a well-earned, excellent reputation in all aspects of their food safety, and health & safety services for food businesses – supplier assessment, documentation, audits, training and support for our clients.
STS have strong links within the industry, working as Development Partners for e-learning with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, Industry Partners for ABTA, and Preferred Suppliers of the British Hospitality Association.
STS hold UKAS accreditation, are a BRC Certification Body and are certified to ISO 9001 standard.
