    This introduction to food safety covers the basics in food hygiene and safety in low risk environments, and includes the risks and responsibilities associated handling food, personal hygiene, cleaning and contamination.

It is a legal requirement that food handlers that handle open, high risk food have this level of training, or equivalent.
