The Food Standards Agency has published a new guide aimed at businesses involved in the production of food packaging.
The guide has been written for any business that manufacture or use materials that may come into contact with food or which could be the source of chemical migration to food. These could include those involved in making packaging, food processing equipment, kitchen utensils, cooking pots and pans.
The FSA says the guide will also be useful to anyone involved in auditing or enforcement to food standards. |
