Worldwide Audits
STS have extensive experience undertaking audit work in Hotels overseas, both on behalf of Tour Operators and for hoteliers direct. Our Consultants work in partnership with hoteliers to identify strengths as well as areas which require improving.
The scope of our audits includes the Federation of Tour Operators (FTO) standards for food safety, Legionella control, Illness investigation, swimming pool and water safety, for which STS was part of the development team.
Trouble shooting & Investigating
STS have specialist expertise investigating illness outbreaks within hotels, including water and food borne illnesses, as well as other communicable diseases. STS have also served as expert witness in a number of high profile cases.
Award winning packages
Neil Rush, Managing Director of STS, was awarded the Award for Excellence in Management Consultancy from the FCSI (Food Service Consultants Society International) for the food safety project STS carried out with First Choice Ski. The successful project involved bespoke food safety documentation, training and auditing for hotels and chalets.
The STS Hotel Simply Safe HACCP package for food and water safety is utilised by numerous hotels worldwide to achieve and demonstrate compliance with legal requirements and the FTO standards.
