This popular one day food safety training course will provide food handlers with a sound, basic understanding of food safety hazards and associated safe practices. It is a legal requirement that food handlers who handle open, high risk food are suitably trained to handle open, and this Level 2 Food Safety training course is ideal for meeting this requirement.

This course is also available in languages including Spanish & Portuguese.
