"We have been using STS Farnham Surrey for many years at Guildford YMCA for our training. We have had a good success rate and feel STS is a very valuable company to assist in food safety for companies like ours. I have had myself and many of my supervisors do the level 3 food safety course and ha been very valuable, it has helped us increase our scores on the doors rating to 4 stars. The EHP’s were very impressed with our training records to see so many certificates. My Head Chef Ben White continued to level 4 after level 3 and now has his professional certificate and we are now licensed to train in house. I will continue to use STS Farnham for future training needs, and already plan a refresher for my restaurant Supervisor in September 2009."
