STS were established over 20 years ago by Neil Rush, a qualified EHO with 20 years local government enforcement experience.  Neil set up STS initially when he assisted both Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals following their formal closures by the EHO, when Crown Immunity was removed from the National Health Service. STS’ involvement grew from catering into supplier assessment.

With a reputation for troubleshooting, Neil quickly expanded STS’ services from healthcare sector into other public sector organisations, and also the commercial sector both within the UK and overseas.  STS have always worked closely with government bodies and industry associations such as the Federation of Tour Operators (FTO) and the British Hospitality Association (BHA), for whom STS are Patron Suppliers. 

STS have a great team of trainers, auditors and consultants nationwide, lead by our core team based in Willey Mill, Farnham, Surrey.  We have earned a great reputation and are passionate about working with our clients and providing them with the support they need to maintain and raise their safety standards.
